As part of a development programme for a newly formed executive team, Dawn delivered a development programme in two phases, which include the application of MBTI with personal feedback and a full day with all the executive team together, using the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) as the primary tool. All of us who went through the programme found it to be well run and the approach more than suitable for the target audience. This has significantly helped with our understanding of each other and how we work as a team. This also provided us with a structure, using the SDI, to consider what was important to us as an executive team. Without doubt this has been beneficial from both and individual and a team perspective. We are now looking to apply a similar approach with our NEDs before finally bringing all this new understanding together with respect to the whole trust board.
