Career Transition Coaching

Career transition can take many forms; finding your first role upon leaving school or graduating from University, moving jobs to develop your career in a different organisation or sector, returning to work following a career break or maternity leave, leaving your job due to redundancy or retirement and starting up your own business.

Career transition can be an exciting time for some people; an opportunity to do something different, take on a new challenge, a time to take stock, re-evaluate your life and pursue what you’ve always wanted to do. For others it can be a daunting and unsettling time; leaving an organisation where you’ve worked for years, saying goodbye to colleagues and friends, not quite sure what you’re going to do next and whether you’ve got the confidence let alone the requisite skills and experience to succeed at interview and secure another job.

Whatever your personal situation, we will help you to understand what’s important to you, your values, motivators, strengths, skills and experience. We will guide and support you to consider and evaluate your options, develop a CV to market yourself, implement an action plan to develop your skills, knowledge and competencies, plan your job search, prepare for an interview / assessment centre, develop your business plan and empower you to travel, manage and monitor your personal career transition in a structured and focused manner.

We will support you through your change and empower you to embark on your own personal career transition journey with clarity, confidence and conviction.
